Seeking an experienced Senior Research & Evaluation Analyst to join the Policy and Evidence unit within the housing division of a major New South Wales Government department. This is an Aboriginal Identified Position, which is essential to the role's purpose and functions.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead and undertake specialist analysis, research, and evaluation projects to assess the impact of policy proposals and program/service design and delivery initiatives
Design and implement tools and processes to identify, analyse, and facilitate improvements to policy development, program, and service delivery
Provide proactive and evidence-based advice to management
Research and prepare advice in the form of briefs, policy, and discussion papers in response to requests
Maintain and enhance in-depth knowledge of analysis, research, and evaluation methodologies and techniques.
